    The Committee on Pensions moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line twenty-four, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the following amendment:

    On page eight, section fourteen, subsection 14.1, after the word “System” by inserting the words “and beginning on July 1, 2012, the West Virginia State Police shall contribute fifteen and five-tenths percent (15.5%) of the monthly salary of each member of the West Virginia State Police Retirement System to the West Virginia State Police Retirement System”.
